Become a part of the BloomKidz mission to improve the quality of life and wellness trajectory for children with complex developmental needs and their families through an integrated model of direct therapy services, family advocacy, and academic support.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Work 1:1 with clients in the home, school, clinic and community settings
Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials
Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D)
Provide direct treatment to children and training & assistance to families
Conduct new client assessments and initial treatment planning
Create individualized programming including behavior intervention plans; conduct functional analyses and behavior assessments; monitor and evaluate outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to incorporate evidence based strategies throughout daily treatment
Pediatric Physical Therapist
Provide direct treatment to children and training & assistance to families
Conduct new client assessments and initial treatment planning
Create individualized programming including establishing therapeutic goals; monitor and evaluate outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to incorporate evidence based strategies throughout daily treatment
Speech Language Pathologist
Provide direct treatment to children and training & assistance to families

Occupational Therapist
Provide direct treatment to children and training & assistance to families

Create sensory diet and adaptive in-home materials for client families
