We have full- and part-time opportunities for ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chandler, AZ. Clinic hours are M-F 7:30am-6:30pm and we offer flexibility with shift start/end times. Some evening and weekend hours may be required depending on client needs. Part-time also available.

Responsibilities of ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

Work 1:1 with clients in the home, school, clinic and community settings
Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials
Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software (Central Reach)
Review and implement consultation/supervision, note recommendations
Participate in internal mentorship programs, team meetings and ongoing training
Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed
Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learners progress
Submit notes and data in a timely fashion
Communicate and collaborate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families
Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) CERTIFICATION or BE WILLING TO COMPLETE OUR 40 HOUR TRAINING, COMPS AND THE RBT EXAM
High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
Desire to work with children, experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Possessing strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to maintain the certification as an RBT
Availability to work at least 15 hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient needs
Must have reliable transportation for sessions at patients' homes and schools, and possess a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
Must obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
Must acquire certifications in CPR / First Aid
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and provide physically active engagement with children.

This is an active job. You may have to lift and carry clients. You will be required to move with the client, which means you will be kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. You will have to move quickly to ensure client's are safe.
